Golfer Tiger Woods is going through a horrifying phase. Very few celebrities are ever caught in such a web, so inextricably. However, just weeks before he was trapped, Tiger Woods claimed that his family was his highest priority, in an 8-minute interview with New Zealand’s Sky TV.

This show was taped right after Tiger Woods won the Australian Master’s Tournament in Melbourne in November.

“It’s been great, actually, it’s been the best thing that ever happened,” Tiger Woods had said about his family, in the interview. “They’ve got my wife’s stubbornness, so that’s enough,” said he, about his two children with wife Elin Nordegren.

Tiger Woods used to be known for his moral uprightness and decency in his sporting as well as social life. With this revelation, such a view has once again been stepped upon vehemently.

One can’t help but feel sorry for the golfer under such circumstances, and hope that he settles things and takes the correct path of virtuousness. Once his indefinite break from golf is over, such an action will be most desirable from this super-talented golfer.
