House M.D. vs. Supernatural – Which is better?

House M.D. and Supernatural. These are perhaps the two best TV seasons that are airing on television currently. Although both these series are of totally opposite niche. Supernatural is based on Ghost Hunting and revenge of two brother against the supernatural entities that haunt the planet. Currently, Supernatural is airing its fifth and most probably, the final season of this highly popular television series. Jensen Ackles and Jared Padalecki are th two workhorses who acted the role of two brothers to perfection.

On the other hand, we have House M.D which is about a genius doctor who is a charming, rude, lovable and difficult, all at the same time. This famed television character is Dr. Gregory House. House also referred as House M.D. is a limp. The crux of the whole series lies with House, he is a limp but he is also very cool – he rides sports bike, listens to awesome funny music, a very big pain in the ass and takes deep interest in women and especially in Lisa Edelstien’s character throughout the series. House M.D. also features Lisa Edelstien by the way.

Which do you think is better and more watchable? I think, Supernatural would be my option. Unlike House M.D., you can keep watching the whole season of Supernatural all day long. It would not be possible with House M.D.. Moreover, House M.D. is a one time viewer and cannot be watched again and again.

House M.D. is a television series that has really become popular these days. House is a series themed on medical drama. The series mainly revolves around the brilliant yet grumpy Doctor Gregory House. Dr. House is a hardcore cynic. But he is unquestionably a Doctor Genius. He popularized the saying, “Everybody Lies”

He is crippled and limps in one leg which made him addicted to pain-killers Vicodin which he keeps popping in at regular periods. Some account his difficult nature to him being cripple and a horribly failed relationship. Many patients and colleagues of doctors find his social misdemanour totally unacceptable but there is always something lovable about Dr. House. His greatest plus point is that he is a brilliant doctor who is given medical cases that no one else can diagnose. Dr. Gregory House is given the challenge of solving these cases, which he solves with pure medical genius and a passion for finding solutions to difficult cases.

Dr. Gregory House is a role that is portrayed by Hugh Laurie. He was critically acclaimed and got a lot of positive reviews on his acting which has indeed been quite awesome turning Dr. House into a very realistic and lovable character.

In the series Dr. House works with a team of Dr. Eric Foreman, a neurologist (Omar Epps) with a troubled past, Dr. Robert Chase (Jesse Spencer) and the immunologist Dr. Allison Cameron (Jeniffer Morrison) who are among the few who gel with the always distant House. Other popular characters are of Dr. Cuddy played by Lisa Edelstein.
